Get ready for a weekend of empowerment to create your most radiant self in a 360 degree radius. Join fitness and nutrition expert Fatima Leite Kusch and Dr. Genieve Burley for a fitness retreat at the beautiful Bodega Ridge, Galiano Island.
This long weekend is designed to give you physical, mental and nutritional tools to ignite your best life. We want you to leave the island feeling refreshed, inspired and passionate about where you are headed. All of this is accomplished by connecting you to yourself in the most beautiful setting nature has to offer.
The weekend will include meditation, yoga, body weight conditioning, hiking and running. We will also have workshops on topics such as goal setting, wellness, nutrition and more.
On top of this, retreaters are invited to join the private online Athlete’s Mindset Workbook group that begins March 7, 2016. This will be an incredible warm up opportunity for our weekend.
A sample full day at the retreat:
7:30: Vinyasa Yoga
11:00: Conditioning/resistance training
15:30 Optional Hike or Time for Yourself
Sign up is limited to 20 people. Accommodations at Bodega Ridge are private bedrooms within shared cabins. All food included. (Alcoholic beverages, gratuities and transportation are not included)
